Well presented property, overall clean, perfect service and good value. Excellent location, close to bars and restaurants. Walking distance to shops and an old market across the street.

The terrace serves coffee and eggs in the morning. The rooms are new-fashioned and well-equipped with comfortable bed, and the location is handy to the centre of Basel.

There was the excellent breakfast and we truly enjoyed the location as well.

We got room with fresh decor and a good-sized bathroom to relax. The hotel had an amazing location close to Zoological Garden. The service was friendly, including an early check-in. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable too.

Spotlessly clean and compact room, suitable place for exploring the city. Good size bathroom, excellent and great breakfast. Location not far from the river to the other part of town and rail station.

Everything at this small family run hotel was perfect as we expected. The breakfast was excellent with a wide array of coffee and eggs. Appreciated the location close to restaurants & shopping. And it was also next to the train station, the main station, and shops. Had a good stay for a business trip, and would stay here again.

The hotel was also conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that the city has to offer.

Prices in the city were quite high, so the room felt a bit expensive for what was offered. There were also limited amenities in the room, with just a bottle of water and basic bathroom supplies.
